  1.  Prices are ex-works Durban, South Africa.
  2. Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated
  3. Prices are valid for 30 days from the above date
  4. Marquee Tent & Tarpaulin cannot be held responsible for any delays created by our Suppliers
  5. All goods remain the property of Marquee Tent & Tarpaulin until paid in full
  6. Interest at 2 % per month will be charged on overdue accounts 60 days from notification of completion.
  7. Standard Terms of Payment are 50% non-refundable Deposit on confirmation of Order, the balance payable on Completion of Manufacture, prior to Dispatch
  8. Local Authorisation/Permissions: Please note further that no provision has been made for any requirements pertaining to local Council, although MTT will be happy to oblige in providing the Client with any necessary documentation required to assist in the process of obtaining such approval.
  9. Storage: Goods held in storage awaiting despatch for more than 30 days after notification that the goods are ready, will be charged for storage unless prior arrangements have been made. The charge will be worked on a rate of 2 % of total value of structure per month. Whilst every precaution will be taken while in storage, we will not be held responsible for any water, fire or rodent damage done to goods.
  10. Warrantee – Although Marquee Tent & Tarpaulin offers a warrantee on Workmanship, the Company does advise that instances of aesthetic variances in local fabrics have been experienced. Although physical integrity may be within tolerance, slight variances in colour have been noted. As a Fabric Converter, Marquee Tent & Tarpaulin cannot be held responsible for such variances, although the Company will endeavour to communicate any such Claims to the Fabric Manufacturer, on behalf of the Client. Any resultant compensation from the Supplier will be credited directly to the Client. Please be advised further that the option of imported fabrics are available on request.
  11. Exports: VAT to be levied at 0% will strictly be on direct exports only (where MTT provides the transport), where indirect exports occur the standard 14% VAT
  12. Certification will only be upheld if the full structure is manufactured by M.T.T. Structures.
  13. Should a SADC certificate be required for exports, MTT requires payment in full (incl. transport), any import declarations (country dependant) and 7-10 working days to process the application.
